Biscuit & Hogs was created in the midst of our national pandemic to provide light and hope for the future. Our goal was to be fresh and unique with every dish while creating a bright and modern atmosphere like nothing else. Utilizing local products to create a twist on American cuisine, Biscuit & Hogs has some of the most creative breakfast & lunch items you will ever taste. Artisan signature pork belly bacon, hand-rolled biscuits, sue vied pork belly and prime Angus burger patties & the biggest pancakes you will ever see.

We didn't just stop with our food, we wanted to create an atmosphere that is not only family-friendly but energetic. Biscuit & Hogs teamed up with local brewers to help put together one hell of a happy hour & drink list that includes specialty crafted mimosas, bloody marys, and locally crafted beers. We are here to have a good time and that's why we offer our happy hour 7 days a week from 3pm to 6pm & 9pm to close. Located at 2032 E Overland Rd Meridian, Idaho, next to the Harley Davidson & Majestic movie theater. Patio, bar & booth seating available.
